Pole dancing can sound intimidating, at least it did to me. I started rather casually in 2020, after falling in love with Aerial Silks and Hammock 4 years earlier. I had not ever been in a room with so many shapes and sizes of women that all cheered each other along the entire time. (Caveat Pole is most certainly for all sexes, my initial experiences were with a group of women) This is why I love Pole and Aerial. There is something for everyone! We offer captivating performances on silks, hammocks, hoops, ropes, flying poles, and traditional poles and teach too!
